Friends of the Elderly is a leading provider of care services in Malvern, Worcestershire. We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team on a permanent full-time basis (36 hours per week).

This role requires someone who can live within a commutable distance to Malvern and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to our residents.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support.
  • Preparing meals for our residents.
  • Ensuring mobility and assisting with daily activities.
  • Keeping accurate records of care provided.

As a member of our care team, you will be working alongside a dedicated and compassionate team of staff to provide person-focused care to our residents. To succeed in this role, you should have a real passion for care and be empathetic, respectful, self-motivated, and flexible. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide all the training you need to excel in this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £21,000-£23,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
