As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, working closely with them to identify and build on their strengths and interests. With small class sizes and a highly supportive staff, you will have the autonomy to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of working with SEN pupils in a teaching environment, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with SEN education.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
  • Building relationships with parents and carers to provide seamless support and guidance
