About Us

Based in East London, our agency has been producing live events for over 20 years. We work with independent festival promoters across the UK to deliver festivals ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 capacity.

We provide a comprehensive service including venue-finding, site design, council liaison, procurement, and on-site production management. Our team is experienced in producing large-scale events, from full productions to health and safety consulting.

Our team's development is paramount to us, offering regular Personal and Professional Development plans, team workshops, training, and access to the Future Learn training platform.

During the autumn and winter seasons, we plan and attend industry events and networking opportunities. During festival season, we are onsite as part of the production crew, building, delivering, and derigging live events.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our in-house production team as a Production Manager. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, site design, and layout planning while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Client management and liaison – regular updates, expectation management, and debriefing.
  2. Site design and layout planning with knowledge of H&S guidance and regulations to be considered.
  3. Work with H&S / Ops appropriately to plan the show, coordinating between teams to create a holistic approach to show planning.
  4. Act as a Production Manager on site, overseeing site management.
Requirements
  • Experience in producing and delivering live outdoor events/festivals over 5,000 people
  • Knowledge and passion for the festival industry
  • Ability to write Risk Assessments and ESMPs
  • Ability to handle ongoing supplier liaison on behalf of the company
  • Managing budgets for client projects
  • Invoicing
  • Confident in working with specs for site items, including fencing, trackway, plant, toilets, site water etc.
  • Full clean driver's licence
  • NEBOSH, IPAF, Technical production experience, Level 5 Crowd Safety Management, First Aid at Work
