Special Educational Needs Educator

We are looking for a compassionate educator to deliver high-quality educational support to students with SEN.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement tailored learning plans to meet students' unique needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to promote academic progress.
- Evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary.
- Relevant experience working with students with SEN.
- Familiarity with SEN teaching methodologies and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt teaching methods to cater to individual student needs.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Flexible part-time hours.
- Mainly work in a classroom environment.
- Possibility of interacting with students, parents, and school staff.
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, including benefits.
