Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate educator to deliver high-quality educational support to students with SEN.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement tailored learning plans to meet students' unique needs.
  2. Deliver engaging and effective lessons to promote academic progress.
  3. Evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience working with students with SEN.
  • Familiarity with SEN teaching methodologies and resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
Core Competencies:
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt teaching methods to cater to individual student needs.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
Work Arrangements:
  • Flexible part-time hours.
  • Mainly work in a classroom environment.
  • Possibility of interacting with students, parents, and school staff.
Compensation Package

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, including benefits.
