We offer a competitive pay of £76.92 - £95.68 per day, depending on experience, to those who share our passion for unlocking the potential of students with unique abilities and helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualised education plans for students with disabilities, adapting educational activities and resources to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, offering additional explanations and assistance as needed to ensure they understand and complete their work.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and adjusting support strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in meetings to share insights and strategies for supporting each student's learning and well-being.
  • Contribute to fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where all students feel valued and included.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community.
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping students with disabilities through patience and empathy.
  • Additionally, qualifications or training in special education can be beneficial but are not mandatory.
