Salary:
£55,000-£75,000 per year plus commission, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding excellence.
Job Description:
As a Senior Property Sales Manager at Euro Car Parks, you will be responsible for managing a team of driven individuals and finding and delivering sales opportunities across the UK. You will provide dynamic ideas to lead the team forward, lead them to excel in their results, source and qualify leads, develop leads from start to finish, foster relationships with clients, and ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both on the phone and in person. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service. Proficiency in computer software, including Word and Excel, is also essential. Training is provided, and language skills are an advantage but not essential.
