About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Pensions Administration team as a Trainee Pensions Administrator. This is a 1-year maternity cover position based at our Aptia Chichester office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administration activities connected to the running of a pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment, general policyholder enquiries, and annual scheme updates.
  • Learn how to perform pensions calculations with close support from the team.
  • Work within specified timescales to produce high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and service delivery to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong numeracy skills and comfort working in a numbers-based role.
  • GCSE level education with Mathematics and English Language Grade C or above.
  • Good IT skills and comfort working with systems and programs such as MS Office.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Able to understand and follow set processes.
