Clinical Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacist at The Boots Company PLC, you will be responsible for delivering expert care and advice to customers and patients, ensuring customer and patient safety through continual review and audit, building the pharmacy capability of store teams, conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, and delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
This role involves developing and implementing pharmacy strategies to improve customer and patient outcomes, offering expert advice and care to customers and patients, continuously reviewing and auditing processes to ensure customer and patient safety, building the pharmacy capability of store teams, conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, and delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Development: Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to improve customer and patient outcomes.
- Customer Service: Offer expert advice and care to customers and patients.
- Safety Assurance: Continuously review and audit processes to ensure customer and patient safety.
- Team Enablement: Build the pharmacy capability of store teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Service Excellence: Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
- Competitive Salary: An annual salary of £60,000 (estimated), based on location and experience.
