We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Aylesbury. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for students in Year 2 and Year 6.
Responsibilities include assisting in lesson planning, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will also be responsible for helping to manage student behavior and providing additional support to pupils as needed.
Requirements: Experience working as a teaching assistant or similar role; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment; Excellent organizational and time management skills;
