As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the Public Sector. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing account plans, leveraging your expertise in software sales to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and expand our customer base within the Public Sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach to key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success with ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants and Success resources, to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategy and drive business results

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization
  • Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships across Public Sector and Ministry of Defence
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
