Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Sofology Careers. This role will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

About the Role
  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing store staff
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Ensure all store areas are well-organized and meet company standards
