About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Nursery Manager. The successful candidate will possess a Level 5 qualification or above in Early Years Education and have excellent communication skills.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work effectively with the Nursery Manager to lead and manage the EYFS department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Early Years Education and be committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences for children.

Responsibilities

The Deputy Nursery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Nursery Manager in the leadership and management of the EYFS department
  • Working as Deputy EFS SENCO, promoting best practice and high quality EYFS and SEN education
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 40 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
