Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general bookkeeping support, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Assist with the creation of accounts receivable invoices and assist with payroll processing
  • Support the Finance Manager with tax-related work, including VAT returns and P11D
  • Field finance-related questions from internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous accounting experience with Xero
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively managing work to completion
  • Able to effectively cope with the demand of multiple deliverables to execute within a short time period
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or AAT, or working towards an accounting qualification
  • Good understanding of a finance function end-to-end, including journals and stakeholder management
