About the Role
As a Client Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to our clients. This involves compiling and generating various financial reports, using a number of analytical tools, and handling general day-to-day inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial professionals by providing administrative assistance to our clients.
- Compile and generate financial reports using analytical tools.
- Handle general day-to-day inquiries from clients.
- Assist with client meetings, including appointment scheduling, preparation of financial documents, and follow-up actions.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exemplary customer service at all times.
- Liaise with providers and other third parties to obtain financial information on behalf of clients.
- Assist with projects as they arise, such as regulatory compliance and demonstrate dedication to personal growth and development within the company.
- Work collaboratively with financial professionals and the Client Operations Manager to ensure effective operational organization of the team.
- Manage your own workflows and tasks, working on your own initiative to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
What We Offer
The role will offer a flexible work arrangement, with two days from home and three days in the office. We are also offering a full-time and part-time role due to a busy working environment.
