Full Stack Developer / Engineer (C# Angular) Opportunity


We are seeking a talented and ambitious Software Developer / Engineer with strong C# skills who enjoys working with a range of technologies across the full stack.


This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career as a Full Stack Developer at a global InsurTech business that is producing game-changing technology.


As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate and problem-solve with a small team working on a Greenfield project to build the 2nd generation of a highly complex SaaS platform that enables Insurance brokers to automate risk management for commercial clients such as major retailers with multiple assets and insurance needs.


There are many technical challenges, you'll work across the full development lifecycle, liaising with senior engineers to design and develop complex, data-driven features and applications. You'll be working with a modern C#.Net Core tech stack encompassing Azure APIs across the full stack through to Angular on the frontend, there's an emphasis on clean coding and software engineering best practice; you'll be mentored and supported to develop your skills and progress your career.


About the Role:

  • You will have C#.Net backend coding skills
  • You will also have some front-end / client-side experience, ideally with Angular although you can pick this up on the job if you have JavaScript, TypeScript or React experience
  • You will have a good knowledge of SQL
  • You will have an understanding of public cloud technologies, Azure experience would be great but it's not essential, you'll learn it on the job
  • You will be collaborative with great communication skills and an enthusiasm for technology
  • You will be likely to be degree-educated in Computer Science or other STEM discipline, although it's not essential
