About the Role

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our UK Residential Sales Team as a Residential Sales Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the luxury residential market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth through effective account management and lead generation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and influencers in the residential market.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits program.
