About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Luxury Residential Sales Specialist to join our team at Lutron Electronics Co., Inc.

As a Luxury Residential Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in residential customers across London and the South East, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the luxury residential market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the Residential Sales team and other Lutron sales teams in the UK.
  • Manage residential system accounts (dealers) through day-to-day account management, identifying opportunities to create demand and generate leads.
  • Promote Lutron's breadth of products to specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers in the luxury residential market, ensuring lighting and shades systems are specified on every project.
  • Seek out and open new accounts, increasing Lutron's market share within your territory.
  • Build a pipeline of new business by working directly with specifiers and interior designers, gaining visibility of their pipelines and ensuring Lutron's products are specified on all projects.
  • Assist assigned accounts with developing and executing strategies for closing projects, providing training and support as needed.
  • Prepare and present customer and influencer sales trainings, including CPDs and new product launches, highlighting the benefits of Lutron's solutions.
  • Participate in local trade associations and attend networking events to establish relationships with influencers and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Proactively identify and implement new strategies to drive market growth, collaborating with the Residential Sales team and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate account information and sales records in CRM tools, managing administration tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the lighting, custom AV, or related industries is essential.
  • A proven sales track record with experience in account management and business development is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical to success in this role.
  • A full UK driving license is necessary for travel within the region.
  • Proficiency in IT skills and CRM software is essential.
