We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Residential Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Valoris Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high-end residential properties in London meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Job Description:

Role Summary:

  • Maintain and repair luxury residential properties across London, including tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman work.
  • Complete snagging tasks and finish repairs to ensure all properties meet luxury standards.
  • Address reactive maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct basic electrical work (if qualified) and general DIY tasks as needed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently to ensure timely job completion.
  • Liaise with property managers and residents in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Multitrader who is skilled in carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman tasks. A strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail are essential for this role. You should also be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
