We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Services Lead. This challenging and rewarding role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Outpatient Booking Team in delivering high-quality patient care services, working closely with clinical areas to ensure seamless patient journeys. They should have a solid understanding of waiting list management, Referral to Treatment, and outpatient management, as well as experience with Maxims, CCAT, Unit 4, and Netcall systems.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is on offer. The role is based in Truro, and the successful candidate will work full-time on-site from Pydar House.
