Job Role Specification:

We are seeking a Graduate SEN Trainee Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis at a local school in Kingston. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and empathetic, with a desire to work 1:1 with children with mild learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to children with mild learning difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to deliver high-quality education
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to work 1:1 with children with mild learning difficulties
  • Confident, resilient, and empathetic
  • Understanding of the importance of teamwork
