Care and Support Services Director

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating their team to deliver outstanding care and services, while also developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the well-being of our residents through regular assessments and reviews.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
