About the Role

300 North Limited is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead PFI Facilities projects across Edinburgh and Fife. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operational phases of PFI projects, ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, and protecting financial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and report on PFI contract changes or variations.
  • Monitor third-party FM service providers to minimise deductions and ensure performance meets contract standards.
  • Assist in the project management of lifecycle works, variations, and operational reporting under the PFI framework.
  • Prepare statutory reports, financial data, and ensure compliance with PFI project agreements.

Requirements:

  • Significant project management experience, ideally within a PFI/PPP environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and PFI contract management.
  • Strong experience in managing operational phases of PFI projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with client organisations.
