Senior Business Analyst - Asset Management
At Capco, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements;
- Managing all aspects of projects throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC), including project scope, schedule, resources, and risks;
- Driving the delivery of project milestones on-scope, on-time, and on-budget in a cross-functional, matrixed setting;
- Facilitating and chairing workshops and stakeholder meetings.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with technology delivery teams to ensure solutions satisfy requirements;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Be responsible for negotiation and conflict management to effectively resolve differences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or business analysis;
- Experience designing and operating frameworks and financial models;
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
