Description

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing high-voltage substation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance techniques for power transformers, main connections, terminals, and various types of joints.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, including passes in Maths and English Language (grades 4/C or above) OR a Level 2 Pass in Functional Skills.
  • A driving licence that permits you to drive in the UK by the end of your first year.

Compensation and Benefits

You'll receive a starting salary of £23,148, plus 26 days annual leave, a double-matched pension contribution scheme, and other benefits that demonstrate our commitment to your well-being and career growth.
