Harnham is supporting a bespoke games studio on a key Senior Games Analyst hire. The successful candidate will analyze game performance, conducting in-depth analysis to improve user experience and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
The Role- Design and implement data visualizations to monitor key metrics of their games
- Analyze game performance variability to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct advanced analysis to understand player behavior and enhance the game experience
- Evaluate the outcomes of various split-testing experiments to optimize game performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Commercial experience using SQL (Python exposure beneficial)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Passionate about the gaming industry with a strong understanding of game development and analytics
