Human Resources Consultant

We are looking for a talented Human Resources Consultant - Graduate Scheme to join our team at Targetjobs Hired. As a graduate, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from HR transformation to change management and communications. You will also gain valuable experience in developing commercially sound recommendations and supporting business development.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that encourages collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Our company operates an open access policy, which means that academic performance is not the sole criterion for selection. You will need to meet certain requirements, however, such as holding a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,500 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role provides a great starting point for your career in human resources consulting.
