Transport Training Coordinator

Carousel Buses is part of the Go-Ahead Group plc, one of the major public transport operators in the country.
We operate a fleet of around 90 vehicles and employ over 150 staff, providing local bus services in and around South Buckinghamshire.
The RoleWe are seeking a Transport Training Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and co-ordinate a comprehensive training programme for new starters, including trainees and PCV drivers.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide on-road training, feedback and vehicle type familiarisation.
- Mentor new starters to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles.
- Administer and conduct professional on-road training.
- A full, valid driving licence is essential.
- Experience within the transport industry and a PCV licence are also required.
- A general teaching qualification (level 3) or experience within a similar role would be preferred, but not essential.
