The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial assessment to induction and completion of all required training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for new employees, ensuring all necessary training is completed
- Deliver and coordinate a comprehensive training program, covering DVSA Driver Training Modules, legal compliance checks, and ticket machine training
- Provide on-road training, feedback, and vehicle type familiarization, and mentor new starters to ensure they are confident and competent in their roles
- Assist with initial on-site assessment processes for prospective employees, conduct depot inductions, and administer professional on-road training
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need a full, valid driving license and a PCV license or the willingness to gain this. A general teaching qualification or experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. We offer full training and are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
