The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely for most of the week and attending the office one day per week. As a Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with our tech team to develop and refine internal software systems used by the company and their clients.

Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, creating clear user stories, and writing test cases. You will play a crucial role in supporting development teams, ensuring projects remain on track, and delivering impactful solutions.

You will be part of a dedicated team of 4 Business Analysts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet the company's diverse functional needs. Projects may range from small system updates to larger-scale initiatives, offering variety and opportunities to make a tangible impact across the organization.

The successful candidate will have experience working as a Software Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and an understanding of the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in the Microsoft stack, such as Azure DevOps or Dynamics 365, is highly desirable. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Jira is also advantageous.

The ideal person will possess strong collaboration skills to support both internal departments and external customers. They will have demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and process improvement for tools serving both internal staff and customers.
