Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Oakford Technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of managed services and cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, managing issues flagged by our monitoring software, and performing various system administration tasks on-site. They will also be expected to maintain a mutually beneficial and positive working relationship with our customers.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent time management and priority determination skills, as well as a strong logical approach to problem solving. You will need to be able to identify when a problem may require escalation and maintain high standards of work and professionalism.
