Company Overview
Thrive Group is a leading company in the automotive industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Parts Aftersales specialist.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Group Aftersales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to increase turnover and profit within the current customer base.

As a successful candidate, you will possess prior knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically within the Aftersales sector. You should also have experience working in a Parts environment, with a strong understanding of the discipline and its application. Additionally, you will be required to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Group Aftersales Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with the Service Teams to create bespoke Service & Maintenance packages for fleet vehicles.

Requirements
  • Prior knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales is essential.
  • Experience working in a Parts environment, preferably with a background in the automotive sector.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
