Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing lines, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity. This role will involve working closely with the production team to identify and resolve issues, and implementing process improvements to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing lines, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Identify and report any safety or quality issues to management.
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic mechanical competence and ability to train and coach others.
