At Austin Fraser, we're seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Integrated Assessment Service. This role involves providing comprehensive assessments for children and families in need or at risk. As part of Oxfordshire's Family Safeguarding Model, you'll collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver timely and effective support.
About the Role:
- Lead Section 47 child protection investigations, ensuring a thorough understanding of each case.
- Conduct detailed child and family assessments, identifying key factors and developing strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families in statutory settings.
The Benefits:
- A starting salary of £35,745 - £46,464 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience.
- Welcome payment of £3,500 and relocation allowance up to £8,000.
