Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Facilitator.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with service users, families, and community partners.
  • Providing support to individuals with learning disabilities to develop their independence and confidence.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Team Facilitator, you will be an integral part of our team, working together to achieve our mission of improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

You will also require a competitive salary of £28,961 per annum + additional on-call payment, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
