Clinisys, a leading provider of diagnostic informatics solutions, seeks a skilled Product Specialist to join its team.

The successful candidate will implement the WinPath Pathology Software into hospitals and Trusts within the UK, working closely with the Product Specialist Team Leader and Project Manager to deliver customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

The Product Specialist will work collaboratively with customers to configure the WinPath Software, ensuring it meets their needs and enhances laboratory workflow.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the WinPath Pathology Software into hospitals and Trusts within the UK.
  2. Configure the WinPath Software to meet customer requirements.
  3. Work closely with the Product Specialist Team Leader and Project Manager to deliver customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to the development of the WinPath Product.
  6. Recommend software changes and enhancements based on customer feedback.
  7. Support demonstrations and presentations for the Sales and Marketing team.
Requirements:
  • BMS 2 status in the UK Health sector.
  • Experience within an IT or software provider's organisation or implementation.
  • Moderate experience in a project management environment is desirable.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
