Job Overview

As a Laboratory Product Specialist, you will work closely with clients to drive adoption of best practices, ensure timely project completion, and provide guidance on workflow planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement CliniSys software products at client sites, adhering to department procedures and guidelines.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with client expectations.
  • Effectively manage project tasks to ensure timely completion and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough implementations, demonstrating expertise in department procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or IT/software environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with healthcare information systems or CliniSys software products is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
