Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Lead to join our team at Chaucer House in Canterbury. This is a key leadership role that requires a highly skilled and experienced care professional who can lead a team of Care Service Assistants and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Care Service Assistants to deliver exceptional service every day.
  • Ensuring the home's operations run smoothly in the absence of management, adhering to Avante's Quality Standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement and actively seeking ways to enhance care quality and services.
  • Mentoring new talent and assisting in the training and development of new and current staff.

Salary and Benefits
