Lead Animal Care Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the animal care team, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, and maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.
Salary: £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1 in 6 weekends)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead Animal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of animal care staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all animals receive the highest level of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Animal Science or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an animal care role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
