Job Overview: Cleanliness and Safety Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a detail-oriented Cleanliness and Safety Specialist to join our team in Denham, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of our manufacturing facility, promoting a safe working environment for all staff members.

Key Tasks:

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Inspect and manage waste disposal processes to prevent contamination and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular checks on machinery and equipment to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement measures to control and manage coolant and oil spills effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a routine schedule for maintaining outdoor areas and ensuring their cleanliness and organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry background.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Familiarity with forklifts or Robur Pallet Trucks is beneficial but not necessary.
