Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our Aberdeen showroom team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, identifying their requirements, and suggesting suitable solutions from our product range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients upon entry to the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Recommend suitable product ranges to clients based on their specifications and budget.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotations to clients within agreed time scales.
  • Handle payments directly from clients, including credit and debit card payments, and ensure complete receipts are provided.
  • Answer client queries and follow agreed sales processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent people skills and a smart personal appearance.
  • Clear and positive communication skills, with good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or the underlying traits to fulfill this role.
  • A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
