About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from individuals to businesses, and help them find the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen and talk to customers to understand their needs and build trust
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Toyota's products and services
  • Match customers with the right products and maximize opportunities through features and add-ons
  • Guide customers through the sales process and adapt to their approach and buying strategy
  • Encourage customers to experience the product through test drives
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maximize opportunities for sales leads through multiple channels
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll need to be flexible and willing to work hours required to carry out the role effectively, as well as take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes.
