About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark in Aberdeen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Sell the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing options
  • Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles
  • Meet sales expectations and customer experience standards
Requirements
  • Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • An understanding of the importance of being organised and remembering the little details
  • A desire for a career that is lasting and fulfilling
  • Previous experience selling cars
  • A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
