We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Early Intervention Support Worker - SEN. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted interventions and support to students with special education needs.

About the Role
  • Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions to support student learning
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students
Requirements
  • Degree in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
