Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of customer contacts, calls, and webchats to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational areas and Team Leaders to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA, TCF, and Data Protection Regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance knowledge and legislation developments that affect claim handling.
Requirements
  • Excellent written English and report writing skills.
  • Direct experience of working in customer-facing teams.
  • Demonstrable investigation skills, including identifying customer detriment and root causes.
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of delivery.
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework in which Haven Claims operates.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for quality, with a pragmatic approach.
  • Independence and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
