We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Claims Auditor to join our Claims Governance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our claims handling processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of customer contacts, calls, and webchats to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational areas and Team Leaders to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA, TCF, and Data Protection Regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance knowledge and legislation developments that affect claim handling.
- Excellent written English and report writing skills.
- Direct experience of working in customer-facing teams.
- Demonstrable investigation skills, including identifying customer detriment and root causes.
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of delivery.
- Understanding of the regulatory framework in which Haven Claims operates.
- Enthusiasm and passion for quality, with a pragmatic approach.
- Independence and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
