About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Vitality. As a Health Insurance Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in onboarding new customers and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from customers who are enquiring about taking out private medical insurance.
  • Fact find on potential customers' needs and determine the correct cover and underwriting terms.
  • Obtain detailed medical history of customers to ensure compliance levels are met.
  • Organize and manage daily workload to ensure customers are kept informed and converted to sales.
Requirements
  • Proven sales background with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
  • Previous experience selling private medical insurance or other insurance products is desirable.
  • Professional approach with the ability to tailor calls to customers while meeting compliance standards.
  • Self-motivated and up-to-date with product changes.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
