Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Private Medical Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers who are interested in purchasing private medical insurance. Your primary goal will be to onboard new customers, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from customers to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding to determine the correct cover and underwriting terms for each customer.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Organize and manage daily workload to ensure timely follow-up with customers and conversion to sales.

Requirements

  • Proven sales background with a minimum of 12 months of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Previous experience selling private medical insurance or other insurance products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor calls to meet customer needs while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems to provide quotes and record accurate information.
