Job Title: Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a quality management system that aligns with international standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead internal audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent experience and GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Audit, Governance, Clinical Governance
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO27001, 9001
  • DPST

Knowledge and Skills:

  • An understanding of the issues surrounding data protection.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Competence in a wide range of IT systems, (Visio, teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, power point)
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines, work under pressure, manage own time, prioritise workload.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to work autonomously and without supervision
