Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Home Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our ISO 9001 certification across our new build housing and other development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure our Document Management System is well maintained, including administrating our legal register, compliance, consultation and lessons learnt trackers.
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager to conduct regular audits for ISO 9001 (external and internal), creating reports, action plans and lessons learnt, briefing colleagues on audit outcomes.
- Regularly monitor performance across all aspects of our Quality Management System, including investigating customer complaints or non-conformance issues relating to quality management and processes.
- Ensure we have well implemented quality assurance policies, processes, standards and manuals, including testing processes, providing training and guidance to teams to drive a culture of quality and compliance.
- Support change projects and work collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Asset and wider teams, bringing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems, with knowledge of the key requirements of the standard.
- Strong computer skills, with experience working within SharePoint and applications such as Power Bi, Power Apps and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role (including document management and change management) within residential construction or housing. You will bring a good knowledge across statutory and regulatory compliance for Registered Social Landlords and new build housing.
- Degree in a related subject or equivalent work-related experience in change management and quality assurance.
- An eye for detail, be a great influencer and be intuitively collaborative when working with others to deliver great outcomes.
