Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Professional
At Calor Gas, we're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Marketing and Sales team as a Network Sales Professional. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability for our Cylinder Distribution Centre (CDC) sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial plans to drive volume and margin growth for our CDC sites.
- Manage and optimize our customer base, ensuring key customers are contractually secure and new agreements are signed and renewed as required.
- Utilize data-led sales campaigns to win back lost cylinder business and optimize revenue and margin streams through pricing strategies and processes.
- Work closely with the operational site lead and broader cylinder network to achieve commercial performance and local profitability targets.
- Ensure continuous pipeline management through the production and implementation of acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience within the LPG cylinder business, preferably in the cylinder network.
- Proven negotiation and selling skills to B2B and B2C customers.
- Experience in developing, agreeing, and implementing strategic business plans to drive performance.
- Numerate and able to recognize commercial and customer trends in large data sets.
- Excellent communication, numerical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
