At Tersus Consultancy, we are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients by conducting thorough fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections, and compartmentation surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire safety risk assessments and fire door inspections in line with the latest regulations
  • Produce clear and actionable reports to guide clients towards compliance
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to explain findings and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge

Requirements:

  • A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
  • Registered with the IFSM, Tier 2 or similar competency scheme
  • At least 5 years of experience in the fire industry
  • Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, and compartmentation surveys
  • Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A valid driving license
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth
